SEC Reforms to Strengthen an Ethical and Competitive Business Environment
As the first Integrity Forum for 2013, this event will update participants on recent SEC efforts to strengthen the corporate and capital market infrastructure of the Philippines. These initiatives are aimed at maintaining a regulatory system based on international best standards and practices, that promotes the interests of investors in a free, fair, and competitive business environment.

Ethics in Finance & Accounting: Gatekeepers & Whistleblowers
This forum will feature the fifth Focus Area – Finance and Accounting -- identified by Integrity Initiative as areas most susceptible to unethical practices in companies. Previous Integrity Forums discussed the other four areas -- Top Management, Human Resources, Sales and Marketing, and Supply Management/Procurement. The resource persons will expound on “Ethics in Finance and Accounting” and will highlight the vital role of gatekeepers, financial management and disclosures for stakeholders, understanding conflicts of interest, need for independence, expertise and self- regulation, among other topics.

2nd Integrity Summit: Driving Culture Change
The 1st Integrity Summit last year called on the private sector to cultivate a culture of integrity to achieve a level playing field in the country. The response was overwhelming – over a thousand organizations signed the Integrity Pledge, committing their companies to ethical practices and good corporate governance. But the private sector should not be alone in pushing for integrity.

The forum is ninth in a series of events and workshops organized by Integrity Initiative to promote ethics, integrity, compliance, and good governance, and to continuously educate the private sector in these areas. The Integrity Initiative is a private sector-led campaign that aims to promote common ethical standards among various sectors of society. It operates on the principle of inclusion and collective action.

The forum is eighth in a series of events and workshops organized by Integrity Initiative to promote ethics, integrity, compliance, and good governance, and to continuously educate the private sector in these areas. It operates on the principle of inclusion and collective action.

Cultivating Integrity At The Workplace From The Ground Up
It is said that an ethical individual is partly formed by an ethical culture. Therefore, if we want to eradicate corruption, we have to individually contribute to the shaping of an ethically enabling culture. This forum aims to give practical advise on how to instill a culture of integrity among individual employees. Sharing their expertise and knowledge on the topic are respected authorities from the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP).

I Run for Integrity Towards a New Philippines 2012
Following the highly successful first running event organized by Integrity Initiative in May last year, the organizers are staging another run on May 6, 2012 also at the Bonifacio Global City. The event is targeting 7,000 runners from last year's 5,000 participants. Runners can choose to participate in the 3K, 5K, 10K, and 15K categories.

Ethics in Procurement and Supply Management
Integrity Initiative is pleased to present experts in the field of procurement, with special emphasis on ethics. They will discuss how ethics in procurement and supply management can drive the needed change in business and government, the importance of adopting global standards in procurement, and the possibility of the Philippines and Asia to lead global trends in ethics in procurement and supply management. The forum will provide enough time for interaction with the resource persons and get practical tips to help companies strengthen ethics in their supply management processes. Participants will leave the forum challenged and armed with grounded insight into what ethics mean, beyond simply not taking or offering bribes.

Building a Corporate Ethics Culture in a Culture of Corruption
